This afternoon, when I was about to leave school, I had tons of white smoke coming from my exhaust when I revved. None when the car was just idling, but when I revved it smoked pretty thickly. I drove it to my dad's dealership and the smoking stopped on its own. It hasn't done it again so far, but does anyone know what could cause this? If its the turbo then I'm screwed.

water in the engine could be a small problem.. some how water can get into the intake tract or a bad head gasket can also cause this.

my GF's car had a slow coolant leak. It went away after a few minute of driving. Eventually the head warped and it streamed over the engine requiring a the head gasket to be replaced

never good... head to "Your nearest authorized Audi dealer" as audi commonly puts it

If it just started, I wouldn't drive it. Sounds like a blown head gasket
