theoratically, If I have a GIAC race (IBE?) chip, tip chip, intake, Bailey BPV, downpipe, sports cat, Milltek exhaust, Levelten tranny mod (+high stall converter), FMIC, headers, manifold, injectors, etc. will I be able to get a K04 kit and be at 290-300hp (at crank)? Is this realistic/possible? I will get Quaife differentials as well in the future when torque steer becomes a real problem w/FWD. What are the different K04 setups that I can get from various tuners? I want the car to be still daily drivable and beef up every possible parts to prevent problems. Thanx for any inputs.

not a standard K04 you will have to wait and see..
there are 2 possible K04 hybrids being tested now with less mods to produce a real honest 250-260hp. the goal is a true 250-260hp @ 1.1-1.2 bar of boost with a nice healthy 300lb/ft of torque from 2500-5K or 6K. kit is still in the testing phase when we finalize both turbo kits and slap it on a dyno there will be a comparison of which K04 hybrid turbo to use.
give 1 month on this kit some numbers should be posted real soon.

I wouldnt do it if I were you...
Your car is FWD right?
I had FWD 5-sp with APR V3 with full exhaust on my old car and...it was REALLY hard to keep the traction on 1st gear even on warm and dry road.(of course tire was sizing at 225).
I can even do 2nd gear burn out.
With higher stall speed torque converter, you will make traction problem even worse...
Quaife limited differentials can help you, but still K04 on FWD is not a good idea IMO. 240hp+ and 250lb+ on front wheel? without any traction control? no way....
I heard some people did put K04 on FWD and then they got sick and tired of spinning tires and went with Q.
Do you have chip now?
In my opinion, A4 fwd is good for K03(chip+exhaust)..anything beyond K03..it's too much on front wheel.
Stage 2 FWD is pretty fast...they do low-mid 14 sec

Not realistic
The real limiting factor is the turbo, not the engine. It just can't maintain boost up to redline.
Just a simple example. Lets take the TQ of a K04 kit at 250. If it is sustained until 6.5K you will be making about 309.4HP. You do the same, but TQ peaks at 5.5k, you are now looking at 261HP. These numbers are only meant to show that you will need something to flow more air at higher RPMS than the K04.
