Why does my trunk sound like it has 30 screws loose?

Why does my trunk sound like it has 30 screws loose?

I have two JL 10s in narrow enclosure powered by a rockford 500w amp, and it sounds great in the car, but outside it rattles like crazy, and it is really bad, any suggestions on how the hell to fix this?

Part of the problem could be the license plate. Line the back of it with Dynamat.
