Why is it everything "Audi" so damn difficult to replace/upgrade?!
All I want is to put an aftermarket headunit in there and every audio shop in town wants at least $150 for a custom made kit! That's almost as much as the headunit itself cost! This is crazy...When I took my car to Circuit City to have an aftermarket amp installed the technician said his manager won't allow him to touch my car because the extend of work and the fact that the factory amp is attached to the rear speaker. And my turbo timer? I was lucky that someone knowledgable with A4's eletronics is in town that installed it for me. Otherwise a rice shop could have screwed up my A4. And when it's time to upgrade my suspensions I'll have to locate a shop with a Hunter alignment machine?....Ahh....Just want to vent!!!

that I bought their overpriced HU :)
which happened to be like 50% off, but anyhow...
The guy that did half the install was a total monkey and wound up losing my cigarette lighter somehow as well as leaving trash in my car. When I saw him working on the car with trash in there I requested somebody else finish up the install. I think he got fired that same day.
