Yes, Audi, Skoda, and Seat (among others) are owned by VW...

Default LeMans they already own... A3... eh... I would rather see the B5 A4 against the EvoVIII on the WRC..

since it'd be nice to see Audi get back into doing that. Honestly, the A4 can be trimmed down on the inside like most of the other cars. I mean like the Toyota's and the 206... those are nice, but honestly the handling of the A4 and quattro I think is where they should start again.

Default I disagree. The big Skoda looked like a whale out with the other WRC contenders...

the A4 would look the same. It's a much bigger car than the others, and Audi would have a tough time getting it to compete. Those little hatches are just so nimble..

Default Yeah... but.... What is Audi more known for around the world? the A3 or the A4?

I figure have your flag ship car compete and kick *** and have an even more marketable brand. Just my 2 cents.

Default The A3. The A4 is not as popular everywhere else like it is here..

In Europe, small cars are king. The A3 is a much more affordable and therefore popular car.

The RS6 or S8 are the flagships, BTW. The A4 is the middle of the road car. The S4 is the playful car, the S6 and RS6 are the benz and bimmer beaters, and the S8 is the Autobahn ruler.

The A4 put Audi back on the map in the US, but they were never far off the radar in Europe.

Default Maybe you just proved my point.... if WRC got popular over here in the states... why not have a car.

That we reconize right off the bat?
