Default Smaller pad in the rear...different pad material in the rear...

thinner pad in the rear...

It's not a big deal...just replace the rear pads and rotors as needed. No reason for concern.

Same rotor manufacturer (Brembo), same pad (Mintex). I am just worry that the rear pads are stuck.

rear rotors are not vented = more heat

Default more heat != faster wear...

more heat shouldn't translate into faster wear of the pad itself. Fade, yes.... but not wear.

Possibly...
- air in the lines for the fronts?
- riding the brakes longer & possibly the rear brakes come on sooner/longer than the fronts?

Default to an extend..yes, but

assuming the brake bias has not changed (~80f/20r), there is no way the rear brakes would heat up faster, and stay heated longer than the front brakes.

Sure, it's a solid rotor in back... but it would be tough to get the Redbox past their efficiency (~300+ degrees C), and not have significant more wear to the fronts. Just a thought.

BTW, I would imagine when pads are past their efficiency... brake fade would set in before a meltdown.
