Why is it, if you order from the factory, the car price is cheaper then from the dealer??<p>Thanks<p>Scott

If you order from the factory, the dealership doesn't have a car sitting on their lot which is costing them money for every day it sits waiting to be bought.<p>But on the flip side, they may be more willing to deal on a car that they've had in inventory for a while.<p>I've read about people getting really good deals both ways.<p>Andy Hedin<br>'97 A4 1.8Tqms <-- factory ordered<br>
