Wierd Rattle when clutch is in
Hi guys I am having an issue were I hear a funny rattle noise on my 1.8T when the clutch is in and when I pull away in first gear,
The noise is also prevalent when the car is in neutral but it is not as loud, it is actually very soft.
Once you start driving then the sound goes away.
I hear the sound more on my side which is the driver side, my Audi is a right hand drive.
There are no vibrations or any inconsistencies when engaging gears or also while pressing the clutch pedal in or driving.
The car has received a complete overhaul and the clutch does not even have
18000 miles on it.
Does anyone have an idea as to what the issue could be?

Generally when there is a rattle that would lead me to look at anything (fasteners) that is loose. Also it would help to see/hear the issue to be able to help you out further. Post a video?
