Default no, it wont...i got so low before on accident, that it wouldnt turn over
because it was on an incline. needless to say, i filled up immediately.

Default it might, i threw 3 codes because i was really low on gas, they were lean trim codes...
and a low gas code

it could if you had some condensation in the tank (water in the gas?)

Default it could, if your low fuel lite is on...
the ecm goes to a leaner running mode, so it could cause some cold start misfires. Especially as cold as its been recently.
