will s4 headers fit a 2.8?

i am looking into turbocharging my 2.8 and it would make it easy if they are interchangeable.

They are the same as the RS4 ones. But, the s4 and 2.8 have many interchangable parts. I don't

know...do you have the ETKA CD?
