Which one should I start first? Or I should do the timing belt while working on cam tensioner seal? Thanks!

I bought the Timing belt kit(enhanced) and VC kit with rental tools from Blauparts. Actually, i am afraid of messing up the timing belt while working on the cam tensioner seals. Is it correct? Should I finish up the timing belt job and then move onto the VC gaskets. Thanks again 4Driver4

On the passenger side, I actually loosen one or both cams to get to the seal.
If you are using the tools correctly, you won't mess up the timing.

Once the engine is locked with the crank, the pistons won't turn. Once you start messing with the timing belt, you'll have to take the bar off. Because the cam lobes are holding some of the valves open, sometimes the cams will "jump" or snap turn about an eighth or a quarter turn when the valve springs pushing back against the cam lobes force it to turn. It doesn't always happen, but when it does it scares the **** out of you...but does not damage. You can actually turn the cams quite a bit with no contact.
Where I'm going with this is:
Once the crank is locked and the cams are close where they should be, don't be afraid to remove the locking bar and do the seals. You'd really have to work hard to cause any problems.
