Default not really if they are lower and stiffer

if they are stiffer and the same height, sure

stiffer and lower, probably not

Default Keep in mind that you'll have to slow down for driveways with a lower front bumper

Stiffer springs isn't the solution; you'll have to adjust to driving a car that's lowered and/or fitted with a lower front end.

Angle the car when you go up driveways instead of hitting them head on, slow down before going up, etc.

Stiffer springs will definitely help prevent bottoming out in other situations, like when you hit a dip in the freeway or something like that. Also keep in mind that if you change your springs, you'll want to change your shocks too (if you still have the stock ones).

Bottom line, expect to scratch up the bottom of your bumper. It'll happen.

Default Bottoming out is different

Bottoming out is when the shocks go past the bumpstops due to soft springs. I have a reiger rs4 also, so scraping the front is dependent on ride height and not the stiffness of the suspension. Make sure you go up driveways sideways initially

Default only time springs will be an issue with scraping is height, now if you're tracking your car and

worried about a rumble-strip, that's a compression situation where firmer springs or a higher ride height would help.

That said, learn to drive or get rid of the ugly front bumper and go with something that isn't so low.
