Will stock oem audi 4300k H7 hid bulbs fit into my aftermarket hid unit

They will as long as your aftermarket kit are H7 ballasts and not D2S
So if all you are doing is changing the bulb, but keeping them the same exact bulb type (H7) then you should have no problem with the switch.

But if you have a D2S connector ballast, you can...
still use the H7 bulbs, you would just need to get the adapter for the H7 bulb that turns the base into a D2S base. A couple threads up talk about the adapter a little.
