will these fog lights fit?

i just bought this car and noticed the original fog lights are broke with crack brackets....but there were 2 brand new fog lights in the trunk. however the brackets don't match like the original. will they fit? or can i buy different grills on and make them fit?

You say the do not line up? Are you sure? They may fit the Mk2 A4/B5's. You will need to fit the Mk2 grills. Got to Quattroworld & ask the guys there. They'll have the answer you need.
