Default Will a VAG-COM device show real-time boost pressure on a 1998 1.8T?
I (wifes car) have a 1998 1.8T that is lacking power... Most likely no boost. I'm looking for an excuse to purchase the Ross-Tech product. Would this help diagnose and/or deduce the problem to a specific component?

It will not shown realtime boost since we do not have boost sensor.

It could very well help with diagnoses ut as far as I know there is no boost sensor on that a car.
