Default Will this work?

I know someone who wrecked his Jetta with BBS rxII (18") on them. I was wondering if they would fit an A4. I dont know the bolt pattern. Could i make them fit even if the bolt pattern was slightly off. Those wheels are sweet.

they sit between the hub and the wheel to push the wheel (lower offset) out towards the fender.
