I took my 97 1.8T to Winner Audi in Newark DE to replace a rear wheel bearing under warranty.
They replaced it fine.
The next day, when I went to play a favorite tape of mine, I noticed that the tape band was cut.
I had left this tape in the car when I left it at the Audi dealership.
I put another tape in, and noticed that the sound quality was poor, a dull sound like with busted speakers. All my tapes sound like this. But in radio mode, the sound is fine.
IT was working fine when I left it at Winner Audi in Newark DE, and Im positive they screwed it up.
Im going to call tomorrow to complain, but I guess it'll just be my word vs. their word.
Also, this is my second dishonest experience with them in the past month.

i would go to my salesperson and explain to him what happened, and should go together with your salesperson and complain. if that doesn't work i would go and complain to audi. and if that still doesn't work, you should go to another dealer if possible.
