Is it wise to add stage 3 w/o upgrading brakes and suspension?

Agree with suspension, just to be able to handle accel. Don't agree with brakes.
You only need big brakes if you regularly track the car or if you speed. You can do either without a big turbo kit. If you just use a kit to get quickly to normal highway speeds, there's no reason to have to stop faster. If you use it to get quickly to 120, that's another issue.

I don't feel comfortable with the stock brakes at speed
they heat up way too fast and will warp fairly easily...all it took was one time braking hard (120 to 60)and the rotors warped.
Maybe not a necessity to upgrade, but I would have it pretty high up there on the "to do" list.
