Wobble when I brake

Wobble when I brake
I didn't think I had a wheel bearing problem, because I don't have any wobble at any other time....
I have been having continual 'rattle-clunking' noises I've posted about before that i can't figure out, and thought perhaps they are related, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, there is sort of a wobble left-to-right at certain amounts of braking (like if I brake hard it doesn't do it, or if I brake slowly it doesn't do it... just for a range somewhere in between).
What would be causing this?
