Hehe with a Blitz BOV you probably literally smoked him with unburnt fuel on trailing throttle ;-)
The car will go seriously rich because of that BOV it fouls plugs...and cakes up the CAT sure it sounds cool...but you'll pay in the end.
Congrats anyhow...I used to lay waste to Mustink's all the time in my 99...I gotta work my 2001 back up to = or better specs :-)

Maybe it was an auto tranny? or maybe he was not aware you were racing
Not to take away from your victory but the newer mustangs are JUST about 0-60 they pretty much ignored everything else though
