Default Since I do my windshield...

I just continue and do the rest of the glass. Only I do the sides and rear like every other application... the Rain-X doesn't wear off as fast.

Default Like once a year..I wouldn't hit the glass any more than that..

The stuff will leave a nasty film that <i>can</i> build up over time. This film will be very tough to remove.

BTW make sure your glass is extremely clean before applying.<p>Nick N.

Default I disagree. Reapply when water no longer beads and runs freely when driving.

It will be much more often than once a year. About once every 3-5 months depending on use and environment.

I've used it for 15 years and never had a problem with any film build up. Clean glass thoroughly before application and there is no buildup.<p><a href="http://registry.audiworld.com/audi/registry/details.asp?car=161"</a><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/a4registrydl.jpg" BORDER=0></a>

Yes...water beads off - it's like a virtual windshield rear wiper!
