I'm thinking not but I am getting tired of trying to find one at a yard.<ul><li><a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-Truck-Parts-Accessories__AUDI-A4-S4-00-02-LH-LEFT-FENDER-01-PRIMED-CAR-NEW_W0QQitemZ380061140603QQadnZCarQ20Q26Q20TruckQ2 0PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQadiZ2865QQcmdZViewItem ?_trksid=p4506.m20.l1116">

Don't know anything about this vendor, but I have seen other aftermarket that didn't line up well. The character line was not in the right spot, not as sharp (or round) etc. Probably not the same rust resistance, etc....
But for $70 something has to give, eh? Have you tried Force5auto.com up in Concord NH?
At 106k you obviously don't have a trailer queen, but the car looks good in the photo. If you're planning to keep it another few years, I'd probably go OEM. OEM won't hurt you with resale either.
