Default would not allowing the ECU to calibrate cause me to run less boost?

I was tired coming home last night from our chicago mod party, and I left the light on (and perhaps my half way installed turbo timer) ran my battery completely dead...

so I jumped the car and drove to work...

I noticed that I was only hitting about 9psi. I will redo the ECU calibration tonight when I get home...

while I am not worried, I am curious if that would retard boost. thoughts?

Default possibly because the throttle body adaptation didn't get to run, so the car might not be

running at the available positioning of the plate so less air being allowed into the engine less boost requested.

Default what program is in slot 1?

dead battery or ECU removal/reinstallation will always default to the first program, which could be the stock program.

Doubtful. The ECU will run it's own TB adaptation upon getting battery power...
