would not allowing the ECU to calibrate cause me to run less boost?

I was tired coming home last night from our chicago mod party, and I left the light on (and perhaps my half way installed turbo timer) ran my battery completely dead...
so I jumped the car and drove to work...
I noticed that I was only hitting about 9psi. I will redo the ECU calibration tonight when I get home...
while I am not worried, I am curious if that would retard boost. thoughts?

running at the available positioning of the plate so less air being allowed into the engine less boost requested.
