Would a slightly bent rim on the back cause inconsistent shudder over 60 mph more...
My wheel is slightly bent and I recently had a balance. My wheel bounces left to right a bit over 65, but thing is sometimes not. When I get to 80 it can be smooth as butter or bouncy again, Inconsistant.
Needless to say I bought a new rim today Shortshifter money
but was wondering if this would cause it even mounted on the back.

Yeah. My Borbets had a bend in the rear and it caused an on-and-off shudder. Went away around
80-85mph...
You bought a new rim?
Get the bent one straightened for 95 bucks and use the it as a full size spare!

Yea i bought a new one. Was gonna just get the one fixed but...
they have to send it out and I don't think it's good for quattro when you use the regular spare with the 18's. Sucks but at least now I'll have an extra wheel.
