Default I used that before, however I used extra zip ties

heavy duty one, much wider, and I didn't have any issues..

Default i hate those compressors

using them for the rear is no problem. I have had nuts lose their threads and the spring shot to one side. They can walk around the spring and just generally arent very safe. I bought an aligator type spring compressor for the front and have no fear now.

Default I used those once, then vowed never to use them again.

I just removed the assemblies and took them to a shop to swap springs.

I used them five (5) times on my suspension. Lot of work.

Default I use them and don't see any problems

sure they've slipped off and almost taken off a leg, a nut or 2, or other body parts off but isn't that what they are for?

Default yes the ones with the locking pins are much better

prevents the spring from leaving the compressor.
