Would you buy a '00 TT or a '00 A4? Considering TT is a little more costy... (maybe about $5k)

I'm looking to buy a used Audi.
Which one would you buy? I would love to see some of your honest thoughts and opinions.
'00 TT (180) vs. '00 A4 1.8T
I know this is an A4 forum but I'm sure that there are TT lovers here as well...
Thanks for reading.

Although the girls round here think they are "cute". They always use the comment.. "That man must have a small ***** or be gay.." when they see a dude in a TT.
Get the A4 dude, never had a woman say anothing but they love the A4.

If you have lots of friends and this will be your only car, do NOT get the TT. I had a Vette a few years ago that was my only car. It always sucked that when a bunch of us would go out, I could only have one person in my car or had to ride with someone else if we were going a long distance (like a ball game or concert) together as a group. Don't get me wrong, the TT and the Vette are awesome rides, but as a second car. In the beginning it was cool, but after a while I wanted more room. HDClown is on, you will enjoy the room and versatility of an A4 - especially if the rear seats fold.

AVANT - way more practical than a sedan. If I wanted a car to DRIVE - i'd take the TT hands down. Gay? Rigor - are you still in highschool?

I got nothing wrong with TT's. I think they look cool. I was merely demonstrating a perceived notion, that if you ask other young women, will probably result in similar responses.
