Wow. Don't forget the "Express" in "Clair Parts Express"!
So, at 4:15pm yesterday, I call Clair and order a set of AudiSport logo all-weather floormats for the new A4. Didn't ask for any kind of express shipping or anything; figured I'd get 'em early next week.
10:00 am this morning, I walk over to get a cup of coffee and find a big, flat white box from UPS sitting in our mailroom. Yesindeedy, it's them!
I won't rave about how they look; there's plenty of that in the archives. But I *will* rave about this kind of service. Thanks, Clair Parts!
(and yeah, UPS, you did good too)
