Default Yes they are, but it's the same amount of mods as my A4 with stage 3. So, both are in Street AWD at

the Redline Time Attacks, which here's the last write-up of my last event.

I've been doing Time Trials with EMRA since the 2001-2002 season and lots of DEs with ACNA, PDA, Entropy Racing, NASA as well as 3-day race school with TRAC Racing. And, 2 winter driving schools, which I highly recommend to anyone since they teach you understeer/oversteer at slow speeds. I also have some kart experience and my team took 1st place in our only 1.5-hour enduro at Englishtown this past summer.

Now that Redline started doing Time Attacks at Summit Point and VIR (hopefully the full course this year!), and have a Street AWD class, it's a great place for tuner cars to showcase their products, especially since the events are on the SPEED channel on the RedlineTV show. However, it's hard for the A4 to keep pace with the big turbo'd EVOs and STIs, especially without help from sponsors. Currently, AWE Tuning and Induktion Motorsports are sponsors, but neither can do anything as for as adding power since I run your turbo kit. (Hawk and Toyo, as seen in my sig pic, were Redline's sponsors of the event in 2006.)

I'll put an email out to you ASAP.

Default Now why would you expect to keep up with 500whp cars with your stage 3?

You should be running a much larger turbo in your car if you want to do that.

Believe me if you ran against myfriends "street awd" evo it would eat you alive since it is running a 2.3 liter GT35r setup that should be making close to 600whp in street trim. It is the same AMS sponsored car that won the street class in the STI vs EVO shoot out. To compete with that car you need to be running a 2 liter GT3076 or GT35r setup or maybe even a twin scroll GT3076 setup.

BTW do you plan on racing the redline event at the Nopi Nationals in AZ?

Default That kit will never be able to hold weight Jeff, it's the sad reality. One will need a 2871 min....

with a 4:1 DIFF to hold pace with an EVO with mild bolt on's. If they add a 20g we need 3071. They are just to light, agile and love building quick reliable power with ease(: If they do a GT35 just walk away or we don't register and only do Track Days.

Default I don't, but I need to do something to close the gap. I still feel as if Redline needs to class cars

by power to weight ratios. One new rule change is that Street AWD tires have been limited to 255s, which I know some of the EVOs were running 275s. Also, you can only have "1 major engine upgrade" and must run a cat.

No. I will only be doing east coast events this year.
