Default wrong radio code

Got my A4 back with a new water pump and all, but find they didn't reset my radio. I've entered the code in my manual, but no luck, back to Safe.....what if my radio is a replacement and I don't have code?

Help with no tunes.

Default you can just call your dealer and get the latest code...

my battery died and i had to enter the safe mode code...the one in the manual was incorrect cause the radio was replaced once so i just called up the dealer and they gave me the latest code.

note that if you entered it twice incorrectly, you'll have to leave the radio on for an hour before you can try again...

Default Thanks guys...

In reviewing all the service records for the car, I found the head unit was replaced, but the code was never trasfered into the "radio book" in the glove box.

I did the hour long wait thing and tried the code on the service paper and I'm good to go.
