I wonder if what's under the hood is a match for the aggresive exterior styling? Maybe Audi should have talked to Volvo before they designed the new A4?

Ya, I hear you there, after seeing your post I hunted down this picture...

Except take a look at all the crappy plastic inside...
I took a serious look at theis car the T5 nice performance numbers...except front wheel drive. I am sure that an all wheel drive will be out soon..more $$$ S4 range...no thanks! S4 will do just nicely for me!!!. BUT the inside still looks like crap. So much plastic yuk!!! And they still haven't learned how to design a dash layout. This is an area where Audi (and BMW) totally kick a$$ in they create some of the nicest dash ever...and remember this is what you look at everytime you drive the car. So if I could drive the Volvo from the outside I wouldn't mind, but since I have to sit inside well forget it! Keep tring...Man I thing even the MB C-class dash is....er...opps...that looks ugly too!

There is a guy.......
who has an older T5 wagon. He has done some upgrades to it and on premium fuel, the ECU will allow the turbo to huff up around 17 psi of boost = around 280 to 290 hp. It is *seriously* fast. He tells us stories about beating 'stangs and all in his wagon
