Default YAY!!! My first sunroof Gremlin. I'm one of the cool kids now.

Got home and went to close my sunroof only to find that it was one position off. **** at closed = position before closed and **** at first tilt position = closed. So I pop out the **** cleaned the contacts, not thinking it would help. But sure enough IT WORKED. Now that I think about it, it makes sense. You get enough build up on the conductive traces and it throws the resistance off enough to shift the setpoints.

Default I've had that problem. Real easy to take apart

I had one of the decorative plastic support covers crack and break. Months later it jams up. I apparently didn't get all the pieces out of the track and it eventually jammed. Search "Sunroof by satan" one of qfrog's posts. Great how to on taking it apart, all you need is to remove a few screws and the glass just lifts out. I'm not sure if your problem is as simple as mine, but at least with the glass out you can look around easy. Make sure you have the glass in the full closed position before tightening all the screws back up. If you don't the glass doesn't seat right and it rubs on the body.
