Well your ups guy is nice.. I got my exhaust too.. And I had to carry it in from his truck :(
I guess they changed guys. I used to have this Nice looking girl come. But this guy was 5 feet tall? He said, "It's too big I can't carry it" 
I said no problem. So I got out there and carry that big f'er in my house

It turned out to be the wheel bearing...I took it in and bada-boom bada-bing I'm 280 dollars poorer but the noise is gone!!!! But it gets better, they also found out why the AC wasn't working, one of the wires going to that low pressure switch was missing some insulation and kept shorting out. However the best part is they also fixed my light housing because when they pulled my bumper to find the short they broke the housing even more, so the just replaced it for free 8)
