"LY" reflash of TCM and problems in sport mode

I had this done last week and not my transmission will not shift into 5th gear when in "sport" mode. Has anyone else had this happen?

A "reflash" of the transmission cm to correct a hesitation

I didn't complain of one. They just said that there was an update available and did it.
