Yeah, and I got $400 under invoice because my salesperson showed me how the numbers worked out :-D

I got mine for about $400 over invoice too. Its doable...

Was extra $300 ad fee? How is this packed into price, and where (geographically)?

Default Misinformed? Well I printed out the invoice of the exact package on the car I was buying from..

priceline.com and then went in and made a deal of $400 over that + the 1% that all dealers charge here. Its not my first time buying a car =P

Default Then your post is misleading....

That 1% is not the same all over the country, and is a dealer cost add. Here in Atlanta, that 1% you pay is a flat 600, regardless of the Audi. The difference between invoice and your bottom line cost is the amount over invoice (which included freight, but not that 1%), NOT 400. You have to include that 1% you paid to them. That was profit, in addition to PDI and lot interest. Sorry.
