Need a little advice here, had the car in at 70k and turns out I'm going to need new front pads and rotors, that easy...I can do that myself.
Also, the temp gage on the dash is erratic...dealer tested and says a new electic thermostat part #06B121111G is needed @ around $450-500 installed.
Now for the e-brake. That hasn't worked since Nov. and looks like the calipers are ok, but need two new ebrake cables. #8E0609721AD and 357253141A. Looking at another $500 here.
How much of a project is the thermostat? How about the ebrake? Any sites you guys recommend for getting parts?

so the thermostat isn't that bad of a job once you have the front of your car off ![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
p.s. dont take it to the dealer. you can get all that work done for a fraction of the price at a good VAG specialist.
