02 Avant brake light problem -- it isn't the bulb
anyone have this? I got the warning message my left brake light was out. When I went to replace the bulb, I see that the filament is fine and test in another socket and indeed bulb is fine. Figure it was loose in socket, but no amount of jiggling is working. Tail light, turn, and rear fog all work. Just not the brake light.
Any suggestions? I'm thinking the socket assembly is bad.
