03 1.8T - No arrow on the timing belt cover??

Default 03 1.8T - No arrow on the timing belt cover??
So I'm finally doing my timing belt and I'm not seeing any arrows on the t-belt cover. (Crank shaft idler pulley to timing belt metal cover). Do you reference the notch on the crank seal housing? I do have the bentley. Seems like every time I do a 1.8 belt it's about 70% procedure and 30% getting lucky

it's not an arrow, just a small indentation on the metal cover, wipe the dirt off
