Default 03 1.8t Vaccum Leak?

I have a 03 A4 1.8t Manual trans.

When starting car in the mornings (worse when it is cold) car does a quick rpm jump and then slowly dies. Usually on the 2nd or 3rd start it will maintain(if it is above 20F outside) and some revs to keep from dying out. The car runs great the rest of the day.

Seems to me that it is a vacuum leak but I haven't tested anything yet. Changed the spark plugs and ignition coils, didn't really make anything better or worse.

Just seeing if anyone else has had the same issue and if they found out that it was just a vacuum issue.

Are there no codes? Car cel light etc Could be anything air filter fuel pump, fuel filter. What did the spark plugs look like when you pulled them? There are images what a good spark plug looks like and what are bad. But the brain should throw a code when something isn’t right.
