Default '03 3.0 dolphin starting week 8 at dealer

Took it in for 20k service and factory coil-pack recall...then it happened...at the conclusion of the recall the cel came on and the dealer said: There is graphite in the engine...we need a cleaner" 4 weeks later they said the cylinders are scored needs new short block...6 weeks they say my fault for not changing oil(which i did every 4k and have shown the records). SO...
1) Miss my car...hate the payments
2) Audi of America has been really bad
3) Any of you self oil-changers better keep all recepits and video tape the change 'cause if you get issues AoA will try to claim you did not maintain properly.

Does anyone have any insight on how to get AoA to replace or fix the car??? Thanks for any help.

Default OK, something you said confuses me....

They are telling you that you didn't change the oil?? I thought the recommended oil changes are at 10kmi by there own service department?? I change mine every 3500mi regardless, but they are telling you it should be changed more often than 10kmi??? Something doesn't make sense there?

Default So you didn't have Audi change your oil?

Any oil changes I'd be doing would be in addition to their 10K mile changes. If I did any on my own and use the OEM oil filter there should be no reason for receipts. Right?

Default I don't have to keep my receipts or video my oil changes.

That's why the dealer stamps a book for the scheduled maintenence. I change mine on the 5K marks and they change it with my oil on the 10K marks. Thats all that they require so if you have those stamps I would go to the dealer, hold them up in the sky, shine them up real nice, turn them sideways...and shove them up their asses!!

How'd you get grpahite in teh engine? I don't doubt that it's taking a while to get it back if the block needs to be replaced. It's kind of a critical part.
