I just got stage 1 apr on my 1.8t. My 0-100 before the tune was 10.2 seconds which is already slower than it should be. I tested my time today and it was 9.1 seconds. I don’t know what to do, it’s still slower than the stock time. I am launching at 2krpm with esp off and on the same exact street. My turbo is a little loud could it be a boost leak?

How many miles/km on the engine? Have you replaced the Fuel Filter? Have you replaced the injectors with the updated tune? I'd check for a boost leak if that's a concern...
