If you are pushing you car hard before you shut down then I would wait 10 minutes...
Do yourself a favour, do this little experiment.
Take your car out for a spin (at night)and drive it hard for 10minutes. task the engine and turbo while driving, lots of stop and go and when I say go, floor it as if your life depended on it, like if you were racing. Bring your car to a stop and open the hood. You should see a bright and red turbo glowing in the dark. Now time it and see how long it takes for the red glow to disappear, about 10 minutes at idle if you are chipped. I would never switch my car off before that 10 minutes if I were you.
