Default 1.9 Percent Financing

Hello,
I'm planning on taking delivery of my Denim 3.0 QTP17" on May 9 or 10 but am concerned that Audi will not offer the 1.9% financing (which is set to expire on May 6). Any thoughts on whether it will be extended?

Can I "lock in" the rate like you do with a mortgage? Thanks in advance.

Default Just talk to the dealer. It's really up to them. If you can, get the paperwork signed earlier.

I imagine locking it in would also lock you into accepting delivery, too, though...

Your dealer can apply for pre-approval for up to 30 days.

Default It depends on car sales... I got rousted on 1.9apr by two week in Jan03....

They took it off year end and my car was delivery in mid Jan. Two weeks later its was back on.

Default My dealer did what April refers to above. (more)

The car my dealer's supposed to trade for (1.8T Avant) is in transit and could take up to 30 days. I filled out the credit app and the dealer said they'd try to submit it at the last possible time to extend that 30 day window out as far as possible.

Default

I was told you need a FICO score of 740 or higher for 1.9%; otherwise 2.9%
