How can I get out of this now and into something cheaper. Need to figure out a way to get out of this lease, pay milage off now, instead of waiting another year. Who knows what will happen with this car in that time frame and all the miles I drive; Out of warranty as well. Comments, opinions?

Trade it in, buy it outright and keep, or buy it and sell it privately.
Trade it in on something cheaper; note that you'll have TONS of negative equity to roll-over into the new payment.
If you buy it now, you'll pay many $Ks more than market, but the mileage thing will be irrelevant. BUT, you may be able to stretch your payments over 5-7 years, keeping them low.
All things considered, it sucks and it will be expensive.

Another reason why I never lease. I don't want anyone telling me who much I can drive the car.
Maybe you should talk to your dealer about it. Maybe if you lease another Audi they can overlook the mileage overage??
