Default ET25 is a super aggressive offset
That may rub.

Default sport. so they will be pushed out far? 10mm further than
35? Is that what it means?

Default that is correct. they will be pushed out pretty far
it may work on sport suspension but any lower and you can forget about it.

as I said it's a very aggressive offset.
