Got my A4 one month ago...already have 2k miles.
My friends say that i am an idiot, and that i should not take the Audi on long trips (i am fortunate to have access to other cars, but none as inspiring).
Are they right, or should i just let the odometer rack up without worry?
FYI: Not a lease, and i plan to keep it for 3-4 years.

balance out in the long run. dont worry about it right now, just dont go nuts and then kill your resale value cause of high mileage

Man, drive it all you want! everyone is right here. I drive anywhere from 2500 to 3000 a month on my 2003 a4 and don't regret it at all. And think that I used to have to do that in a honda accord! Unless I had a priceless collectors car then I'll leave it in the garage. Your cars not going to be gain more value as time goes away. Cars help us get from point A to B and if we can do it in a nice car like ours then all the better. Enjoy the car and have fun!
