...to put on my stock A4?
What do I get? Shocks, springs and sway? Is that it?
And what do garages charge to install the new suspension?

depends..
if you buy it from the dealer you'll get
4x springs
4x shocks
2x helper springs
2x bump stops
2x stabilizer (sway) bars
if you buy it from an individual who swapped out his suspension for coilovers or something like that you're more than likely only gonna get springs & shocks. which is what i did... btw i paid $450 for them (springs & shocks). if thats the case the remaining parts will run you about $350-400 from your local dealer.

I paid $400 for used sport package springs and shocks including shipping. I did not replace the sway bars. Installation was $350 plus $70 for alignment at an import auto shop.

Depends
Chances are all he sells you are the springs and the shocks. You will not get the helper springs and bump stops and you will not get the swaybar either.
For the springs and shocks only, I'd say about $350 sound right given the mileage on them.
The rest of the stuff will run you some money at your local dealer. The helper springs and the bump stops should cost about $100 or so for the 4 of them the sway bars are not critical to get unless you want the full OEM setup.
Install depends on who yo can get hooked up with. The rears are super easy, you can probably do them yourself, the fronts are a bit trickier given that you need a spring compressor and it is mor ecomplicated to take the suspension off. It should cost you about $250 for installation for all four conrners. Alignment should not be neccessary if they do the install the right way (by not disconnecting the control arms at the adjustment points)
