Hello Everyone
Here is my Story,
About 2 weeks ago i got a low oil pressure light and weird noise from my engine. I had the car towed to a dealership in NJ and next day they called me telling me i have an Oil Sludge and that i need to privide them with the maintanence records and they will be able to help me out. I also could not get a loaner car until i provide the oil change receipts. Today after i got all the receipts and after spending $400 on rental cars i went to the dealership and gave them all my oil change reciepts which they accepted and told me they will submit them to Audi.
An hour later i got a phone call from the dealership telling me that my vin number falls out of the Extended Oil Sludge Warranty since i have a later 2004 model and that they can not do anything for me. I called Audi of America and they told me the same thing. The dealer gave me a $10,000 estimate for a rebuilt engine and turbo and said they will offer me $300 goodwill. I am shocked, need help, what should i do?

the oil changes performed, dates and mileages?
The engine can be flushed, there is a TSB instructing how this is performed, you may not need a new engine.
