2004 Audi A4 B6 1.8T aftermarket intakes
I just bought my first Audi and am looking to add some performance upgrades. I have been doing my research and APR seems like a really good brand, I plan on getting there ECU upgrade and was looking at their new air intake, any opinions or advice on good aftermarket performance intakes. any help would be greatly appreciated! I also have 5 Speed Manual transmission if that matters at all.

You are right. I just dropped a K&N into the stock box and got the APR ECU upgrade and there is such a huge difference. I Have the APR R1 DV, Turbo Compressor Inlet Hose, Throttle Body Hose, Snub Mount and the ECS vent boost gauge on the way. Saving up for the APR cat back stealth exhaust now. Depending on how loud it is once installed will determine whether or not i am going to need an aftermarket cat or a test pipe. Any recommendations there and do I need to worry about my pistons or valves? I really don't want to blow a head gasket or something like that.
