i bought this car a couple months ago after selling my 98 audi a4 and i had a check engine light come on i had the same light come on in my 98 it was P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow.
i cleared the code thinking i put gas cap on wrong and drove for a day when it came back on. i put a new one on the 98 and still had code not sure what to do or if anyone else has had this code and knows what i should do first. any ideas will help thanks

There's an old bulletin to remove the screen inside of the canister purge valve and update the ECU software. Probably not covered under warranty though. I removed the screen, but never did the update. Seems to work fine though.
