Default Tip chip and an exhaust. Wett chip maybe. Not cost effective performance mods for 3.0.

And the tip is going to hurt you even more since it can't handle much more power. You bought the wrong car for performance mods.

But I'm right there with you.

Someone on VWVortex posted about his experience with a Wett chip in his 3.0. He was pleased with it, but 15HP for $395.00 (USD) seems a bit steep to me, IMO.

Default It's now on sale for $295. Much more affordable now...

Other mod options would be exhaust and a possible supercharger. The Tip chips that are out there are no good for the B6 A4 (2002+). No plans exist on getting a Tip chip.

I have a Wett chip... it's nice, good deal with the special now.
